The Centro Veracruzano de las Artes Hugo Arguelles was inaugurated on May 24, 2004. Among its objectives are the design, development and promotion of academic and artistic high quality programs, and the task of raising the quality of performance of professionals in different artistic fields. This cultural center has two professional dance halls, three classrooms, a T.V. classroom and a cafeteria.
