Built on what was the Social Rehabilitation Centre of the State of Morelos, popularly known as "the Penitentiary of Atlacomulco.," It is one of the most beautiful attractions of the city. It has playground, a great fountain  of jets with lights and varied music and  exhibition of the  areas with different  ecosystems of the  state, from the conifer forest until  the sub-humid tropical zone and for family activities it also has track  for runners, tricycle track, lake and the science museum. It offers bathrooms and parking lot.
