This is a XVII century building, formerly known as Humbolt house, because this German naturalist, Alexander Von Humbolt, spent the night there. Its facade is Mudejar style and has fourteen exhibition rooms in which you can learn a little more of the city's history, its mining growth as well as pieces of the Parish of Santa Prisca, the Ex-convent, the Temple of Santa Veracruz, liturgical objects, pieces of Baroque art among many other things. Now houses the Museum of Sacred Art Viceregal of Taxco.
