Cacahuamilpa Caves
The Caves of Cacahuamilpa were discovered in 1834 and in 1936 were declared as National Park. They have a length of 1,380 meters of which only 8 kilometers have been explored and only 2 kilometers can be visited. These caves are located in the Sierra Madre South, covering most of the state of Guerrero and the State of Morelos and are considered among the most impressive of the world.
Its interior can be visited up to twenty rooms all very well lit and there, the imagination of visitors shape a lot of faces and objects created by petrifies limestones of leaks of water that hang from the ceiling (stalactites) and the ones who rise from the floor (stalagmites).
In this park you can carry out activities such as: caving, hiking, walks, picnics among many others.
