This building was constructed in the late nineteenth century and was a house, a newspaper headquarters and migration offices .
Not long ago it was seat of the House of  Culture and currently it has a permanent showroom and another for temporary exhibitions. Among the work that stand out are the Rufino Tamayo, Francisco Toledo, Jose Luis Cuevas, Vicente Rojo, among others.
It also provides courses and art workshops for children and adults.
Open  Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 hrs and from 16:00 to 19:00 hrs and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 hours.
