It is the greater importance place in Aguascalientes as it is home to many cultural and artistic events such as concerts of classical and folk music, drama, ballet, and so on, these vary by season and the billboard is available at the theater ticket office or by internet. During the Fair of  San Marcos here takes place the folk dancing known as "Ferial". Modern and equipped with technology in sound and lighting,  in its interior has a capacity of 1,650 people comfortably seated.
