Is a small plazas in front of the Presidencia Municipal  surrounded by arches carved into quarry pink stone and in its center you you can admire the Stela of Liberty which commemorate the arrival of the Cure Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla after the defeat at the Calderon Bridge on January 19, 1811.  In this place  meet many mariachi groups and for this reason it is better known as the "Plaza de los Mariachis."
