The Templo del Calvario, is a small temple from the eighteenth century that is hidden behind the Presbytery of the Church of La Merced in a lovely secret small square, whose access through Av. Diego de Mazariegos comes to the principal door and corridor leading to a peaceful and wooded atrium.

Its facade follows the altarpiece line, typically Antigüeño, topped by a belfry. On the inside one can appreciate  representations of Jesus in the Calvary, Joseph, Mary and the two thieves on the cross.
