The modern Centro de Convenciones Siglo XXI, holds expos and international conventions, and reaffirms the image of Merida as a modern destination where people can combine the present and past into a single time. All kinds of grand events are held in its huge convention rooms. Outside the building, there is a plaza with shops, restaurants and entertainment centers.  The center is equipped with easy access and ample parking.
