Information

The Casa de Montejo was the home of the man who coined the term “White Merida”. The home of “El Mozo” as was called Francisco de Montejo, is a building with Renaissance motifs plateresque art, and Gothic and indigenous influences. In a word the house is envious, as well as incredible.   And despite being more than 460 years old, it has remained almost completely intact even after so much time.
