The Regional Museum of Ceramics opened in 1988 and keeps a large exhibition of ceramics of Mexican  artists  especially tonaltecas. A tour takes us from the era of New Galicia until the present day besides within its  collection are  the winner pieces of the State Contest of  Ceramics.
