The Barra Vieja Beach is located on the highway going toward the International Airport and Pinotepa Nacional, 31 miles southeast from Acapulco. Here you can admire both the Tres Palos Lagoon and the Acapulco sea.  Visitors can enjoy delicious dishes, seafood and local specialties such as Huachinango Sarandeado in the traditional restaurants. Also you can enjoy water sports, horseback riding and boat tours of the lagoon.
