This place was the house where the bishop of Veracruz lived, Joaquin Arcadio Pagaza. It was remodeled to become House of Culture, Library and Museum of permanent and temporary exhibitions. In this place are continually organized samples of films, concerts and conferences of transcendent themes and general interest and creating at the same time an important part for spreading the art in Valle de Bravo.
