The towers of this church can be seen from almost any point of Morelia because, in addition to being beautiful, every night glow dramatically. These elements were lifted in 1945, but was respected the architectural style.
The temple is located in front of the Plaza de la Reforma Agraria, commonly known as San Jose, which has a great fountain in the center and benches for walkers to rest and enjoy the shade of the trees.
It was erected in the early eighteenth century that consists of a single nave and an octagonal dome drum. Its facade with a long and high staircase is the typical planking Baroque of the city.
