The Carlos Fuentes Library is located in a modern building with 4 levels located in front of the Art Gallery Diego Rivera and of the House-Museum of Xalapa. Its spacious saved an important  bibliographic collection catalogued by title, author and subject and are divided into several areas: computer room, newspaper library, reading room and Reading Group, consultation rooms, gallery, auditorium, Video Library and General Collection.
Open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 21:00 hrs.
