Located off the main square, the Casa Cural of Valladolid (Yucatan) is characterized by its architectural beauty.

Former residence of important people in the region until the end of the 19th century, this rectory also housed the famous café, Los Portales. The rectory has a corridor around the square with stone columns and arches that are accessible by a carriage gate surrounded by a carved stone and stone tiled vestibule.

It is very likely that the current land of the Zaci Regional Craft Center was part of this estate.

Today, this building is in the hands of the clergy where the parish priest of the San Servacio Church stay.
