All day.

With modern, attractive and functional architecture in perfect harmony with tradition and the natural beauty of Puerto Vallarta, the new Playa Los Muertos Pier was reopened on Friday, January 4, 2013 during a memorable ceremony accompanied by fireworks, air show with gliders and parachutists, jazz concert, folk dances, and majestic stage lighting that lights up each night. This is the new iconic tourist attraction of the Mexican Pacific.

With an area of 665 m2 of construction, Playa Los Muertos Pier has a pedestrian walkway on stilts that connects to a round area in the middle where there is a majestic metal structure that resembles a candle.

From the Playa Los Muertos Pier you can hire a boat or a water taxi called a panga to take you to the southern beaches of Banderas Bay and visit dream destinations like Las Animas, Mismaloya, Quimixto, and Yelapa among many others.

The new Playa Los Muertos Pier is at the end of Calle Francisca Rodriguez at Playa de Los Muertos, one of the most traditional and cultural beaches in Vallarta.
