This therapy applies only to the feet.

Abhyanga
Relaxing massage, in which warm oils are used, with an aroma and pressure according to your dominant dosha.

Shiatsu
Technique of Japanese origin, is applied on the floor and usually with comfortable clothes.

Thai
It is performed by gentle muscle and joint stretches.

YOGA-THERAPY
Yoga, as a technique of rehabilitation and recovery for preventive or curative purposes helps to break the vicious circle pain - tension - fear - pain associated with chronic diseases, teaching to accept reality, understand illness and live with it. Experience, consciously and objectively, the here and now.
Through relaxation and observation of one's own physical experience, the different techniques of Yoga are directed towards the awareness of one's own body, to deeply feel each movement, always gradually, connected with the present and affecting the attitude and the desire for recovery.

Reiki is a system of healing and bioenergetic balance through the transmission of the universal healing energy through the laying on of hands. The transfer of energy with the hands to promote healing is a practice that has been used by many cultures and since ancient times.
Reiki works directly with the patient's energy field, directly influencing blockages that disturb the free circulation of energy, restores and harmonizes their systems, encouraging the body to regain balance, favoring physical, mental and emotional well-being.
