This simple church was built between 1680 and 1690 under the orders of the father Nicolas de la Serna. There were originally 12 golden wood altarpieces but in 1970 its facade and interior were restored. The Missionaries of the Holy Spirit have been at the head of the parish since 1920.

It is located at the corner of  Vasco de Quiroga street and Madero Oriente avenue.
