Here is the  New Palacio Municipal (Municipal Palace). The building is designed in a square area with a central courtyard in which civic acts and social events are carried out  for the community of Monterrey. On its upper walls it is adorned by colorful murals. It was designed by architects Jorge Albuerne E, Nicolas Hadjópulos C, Juan Villarreal L and Cesar X. Flores Garza.
