This viewpoint and lagoon are a beautiful place to photograph the flora and fauna of the area. In season, large numbers of herons flying over the city, come together to rest and feed in this natural area that is surrounded by abundant mangrove and crystalline waters.  The access is free and is located  roadside near the Inner Harbor.
