It was created in 2000 for the people of Guadalajara to had the possibility of using first-class computers. It has collection of over 120 titles of various subjects in CD format as well as the Historical Encyclopedia of Mexico, virtual tours through eight different museums in the world, the Historical World Heritage cities, various galleries, among others.
