Behind of the Expiatori is  the Old Rectory of the University of Guadalajara who began to built in 1914 and opened in 1925, although only a few years worked as a school.
Its style is French Renaissance.
In this site, in autumn of 1994 was inaugurated the Museum of Arts of the University of Guadalajara which is dedicated to the research as well as the permanent and temporary exhibition of works nationally and internationally. This place is also known as "Paraninfo" (Auditorium).

Open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs

Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. Free Admission.
