The Andador Constitucion  is a colonial style walk street with carved swan fountains decorating the way. The Andador is ideal for a stroll in the evening, or to admire the scenic palm trees, or to sit on a bench and enjoy a drink from any of its restaurants. Here you can find numerous shops with  traditional artisany from the region.  This walk street can be found next to the Catedral Basilica Menor.
