Located within the perimeter of Chapultepec Park, next to the Museum of Extension Reform of Modern Art in Mexico City is part of the cultural venues that are in the area along with the Lake House, National Museum of History and the Museo Rufino Tamayo.

One of the main features of MAM is its infrastructure which can accommodate different disciplines work in an unconventional arrangement, as the space is curved and tinted glass windows create a pleasant space of appreciation to any time of day. 

The MAM has two buildings, the main exhibition building and the Gamboa Hall, designed to accommodate cutting-edge projects in various genres. In addition to these, the gardens have a rich site of sculptural pieces in bronze, iron and other metals.

The museum’s main building has four main rooms arranged on two floors of the building, and a small room in which a sample of the Latin American musical movement is currently on display.

Price:  $25.00 pesos, free on Sundays.
